"The best hotel we stayed in. I will book again and again. Brand new, excellent staff, convenient to go anywhere in Yokohama and Tokyo. Close to the train station and food. The hotel offers a lot of amenities and the residential rooms are spacious and very clean! The staff is very helpful and prioritizes the needs of the guests. I love that they offer Yamato services for the luggage. I recommended this hotel for a family affair and all ten groups booked and are extremely happy with their stay."

The room we had was ok, but not as great as you'd expect from this hotel. Breakfast is really great! Our room had a balcony with a private onsen, which was absolutely worth the splurge. The view was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the futons were when we slept.
