There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. "Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!"
