"Lovely hotel. Room was small but nice. Lifts are a nightmare. We waited about 20mins on checkout to get a lift. The lifts are very slow which exacerbates the problem."

Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away. The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise."

Tiny blood shades on bed sheet, as well as hair. The fire alarm went off as a test but no one noticed us. Someone tried to open my room door in the morning while I was talking on the phone, later knocked twice while I was in the bathroom. Guests’ privacy need to be respected, thanks a lot. "
