"What an amazing property! My friend and I had an incredible stay. We upgraded to Star level and were not regretful. The staff spoiled us the entire week we were there. Henry was our concierge and he made sure everything was perfect for us every day. Such a nice man and always willing to go the extra mile. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We left our vacation feeling pampered and refreshed and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Ask...

"Liked the balance of play and relaxation around the property. The staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend it to others. The only thing I would share to others is that the sidewalks and steps can be dangerous, since it is built into a side of a hill. I like the exercise, but other might not. Always wear shoes into the ocean, due to sea urchins, they ruined some people vaca."

"One of the best experiences we have had staying at a resort! The minute we got there we were treated like royalty! you will not find a better more attentive and friendly staff anywhere! The place is beautiful,quiet,clean and welcoming. It was perfect for us to getaway from the rat race for a week and and enjoy the surroundings the beautiful pool and the wildlife especially the mango tree full of monkeys!! "This property should not be on Expedia! It's a run down condo complex that needs to be torn down. Green spa, filthy rooms, no communication the day of rival, I could go on and on. We drove through the gate to find our spot had a dirty mattress at the door. We were woken up to a knock at the door of - "You no pay". OMG. Please believe this review and stay somewhere else if you value your time and probably life,. Expedia should investigate what they are offering to their customer here. Not...

"We had a wonderful time at Pacifico. The view from this apartment is incredible. Looking right out to ocean and every night the sunset. The pools there are spectacular and so relaxing. The apartment does have a lot of stairs to go up for 4th floor top, but now we got a good workout."

"This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"
