"Place is as advertised. About a football field’s distance from a quiet beach (Playa Ocotal) with wonderful, warm water and lovely views. Villa is as described. All amenities necessary were provided, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of kitchenware to cook just about anything. The pool at the villa was quiet and the other individuals that were onsite were lovely people, so there was no reason to leave the gates to go to the other pools. "We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "

We were 7 adults and 2 children in mixed families and everyone had their own space/privacy due to the amazing layout of the house. "This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The property and view are so beautiful! The view of the ocean from the beautiful deck can't be beat and the sound of the rolling waves 24/7 never gets old! The villa is laid out perfectly with the bedrooms on the second floor and living space on ground level. The staff are so helpful, they helped us plan all of our adventures and car rental. Highly recommend this place whether it's with family like our first visit or friends like our second...

"The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"The Villa was very clean and well stocked. We did most of our own cooking as a local mini mart is only about a 10 minute walk. The shuttle service on the resort is very convenient, whether you want to pop to the beach or up to the restaurant. Having a private pool made all the difference and once we figured out the evaporation rate and kept a trickle pouring into it from the hose provided it was a sanctuary.
