He was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable—planning our trip with him was a joy, and we felt so well taken care of during our first time in Costa Rica. On our final night, we had an unforgettable dinner at the Sunset restaurant thanks to Jonathan. He created a personalized and delicious dining experience and was so personable, kind, and attentive. His service was the perfect way to end our trip. We also want to shout out Steven, Sofia, and Cristian at Sunset—each of them was so warm and helpful, adding to the incredible experience. We have to mention though, every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly, kind, funny and helpful. "Loved the property. Each bungalow was completely separate from the others on a hill, so there was no noise at night (except the howler monkeys). Very peaceful and the pool, hot springs, sauna and hiking trail were easy to access."

"Stayed one night before going back to Canada. Great shower, air conditioner worked very well, very clean room and the beds were great. Reception dude was very helpful in many ways. There is great free parking out front but lots of people park like douches. "
