"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. "Booked here for a seven night stay.We arrived a couple of hours early. We were met by very friendly reception staff who informed the room was ready and could check in now as room was ready. Brilliant start.The room was 1104 which was big with a balcony on 11th floor.The balcony only got a small amount of sun during the early morning but still nice to in the shade in the afternoon or evening with a glass of wine. "This hotel offers a fair value for money option in Maspalomas. Our room was spacious and clean, common spaces were very pleasant and the pool was great. When reserving it's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is quite far from anything else - if you don't have a car then taxis (which are widely available and cheap) will be needed to get to almost anything, including to get to the beach.
