The staff are beyond friendly & accomodating, the drinks kept flowing & the hotel itself is stunningly decorated. The restaurant switched up its menu every couple days which we appreciated & little touches like coolers packed with beers to take to the beach were the cherry on top!"

"Very unique and boutique. Food was very good. The staff we're very friendly and the service very good. We did have a couple of issues with two off the staff, on several occasions. But i would say the rest off the staff were excellent. Our one criticism, is no outside bar. There is waiter service to the pool area, but drinks do take a while to come. Would i recommend, yes."

"We loved Secrets wild orchid. The resort is clean. The beaches are well maintained. The pools and pool bars were a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly! The food in some of the restaurants was subpar but it was on the same level as many of the other all inclusives we have done. Our butlers, Devon and Adia were both very sweet and very helpful. They took care of all our reservations for us. Don’t forget to tip your butlers if they did a fantastic job like ours did! "
