"Initially, the location of the establishment was inconveniently far from the airport. Additionally, all prices were excessive, including taxi fares. I found the absence of a reputable coffee shop in the vicinity, particularly considering the subpar quality of coffee served at the resort, to be disappointing. However, I must acknowledge the beauty of the resort, particularly the beachfront rooms."

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"The people in St Lucia are charming. Food was excellent. My room was great, never slept so well. I loved the pool for swimming laps. Take boat ride to mud bath, great experience. I had spa appt which was lovely. The weather was perfect. I would recommend Soco House in St Lucia."

"I just want to say that Christian the front desk manager was very accommodating after I had a mishap with my booking no fault of Royalton. Additionally, Neil and Kenali was great. I cannot stressed how they took time to ensure myself and family was comfortable, nothing seems like a bother and for that I’m so grateful. It’s a beautiful property multiple dinning options too much for the short stay. Lots to do, excellent shopping options. Indeed a great choice for families. "

"The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Our cook, Merlinda was amazing. The meals were delicious and exactly what I requested. Lydia, her assistant was also amazing. Margueritte, our concierge was available when needed to make reservations and schedule our taxi service with our driver Steven. Our overall experience was wonderful. I would visit and book this home again! I loved it!"

Luxury 1BR Villa I Swimming pool/garden I Central location I Near Golf Course.

Home away from home

"I’ve always booked hotel chains on my travels as you know what standard is expected and if something goes wrong there is normally some recourse. On this trip to St Lucia I relented and after searching hundreds of listing for weeks I finally laid eyes on this cozy one bedroom. The pictures do not do this listing justice. It is well appointed, immaculately kept and comes with every detail to make you feel like you never left your home. Additionally being set at the end of a road there is no noise or traffic disruption, offers complete privacy and as you walk down to the porch you must stop and admire the flora in the garden. The private porch looks directly onto the shared pool. There is also a 3 bedroom villa on property which have their own private and separate entrances . The pool deck offered absolute privacy during my stay and it was a pleasure to relax with a Piton on the shaded loungers. I will certainly be booking this listing again on any future trips, work or vacation it is suitable for any type of travel. "

"This is such a beautiful, well maintained property. The view is incredible. It feels so isolated and private, but is only minutes from the amenities of Rodeney Bay. Staff was super helpful and responsive, and also allowed us our privacy during our stay."

Charming cottage located in Cap Estate - Orchid Cottage

"The setting of the property was stellar. The pool was perfect! Couldn't get my wife out of it. The kitchen was adequate. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioning. The toilet had a problem with leaking out the bottom seal. Manager responded quickly with a plumber that said that he couldn't fix it with us there. Real bummer. The property had odors at times and when I checked I saw that the septic tank has drain lines that are not underground, just draining down the property. Overall the people is what truly made this stay! Brian, Lucilla and Illtad were great!"

"I have stayed many places in St.Lucia including Cotton Bay, Coco Palm, Smugglers Cove to name a few. But my stay at Royalty's retreat was by far the best. The villa description is what you need if you looking for peace and serenity. The host is super responsive and goes out of her way to make her guest feel welcome. she would go the extra mile to accommodate her guest needs by even allowing me and my family to share her private quarters when we needed to stay for two extra nights. Lenora Moses is a SUPER HOST"
