"We had a lovely time and the spa was excellent, everywhere is very clean and the staff are all lovely, unfortunately the room was very noisy, i think we were above the kitchen so you could hear the deliveries being emptied etc. Would stay again but would definitely request a room somewhere different in the hotel. Perfectly cooked to order steak, sides and fresh crisp salad with decent wine list. Dinner and breakfast taken on light covered terrace with great views of the bay, prom, pier and Great Orme. "We enjoyed our stay at The Ship. We stayed in a smaller queen room and it fit our needs for a one-night stay between traveling to and from other destinations. We thought the staff was great and the restaurant was excellent! We had dinner and drinks and wow, it was a fantastic meal. Probably one of the best meals of a 10-day vacation! The breakfast was also really good and was included in our stay. We would stay here again."

"Arrived a little early but we were able to check in. Room on the top floor with a decent sea view. Lift working. We were asked if we wanted breakfast and to let them know by 8pm that night. We didn’t but it was nice to have the option. Hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the pier or the town centre. Bedroom clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit temperamental but OK once we got used to it. Nice place for a weekend break and we'd certainly consider returning."
