"Enjoyed my two-night stay at The Alan. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Bed and sofa both really comfortable. There were some ups and downs with the service - breakfast on our first day was borderline shambolic, though on day two it was great. Our room was not properly cleaned (bed was made but tea/coffee not replenished and bins not emptied). This was made worse by their ‘WhatsApp the reception desk’ concept where we then asked for the tea/coffee to be replenished, were told...

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport and airport train station. The rooms are very stylish, well equipped and clean. I was greeted warmly by the reception. "
