"It`s an iconic great Hotel."

"The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station and from Terminal 3. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and satisfactory for a one night stay before an early flight. Breakfast was disappointing-the orange juice machine wasn’t working and the coffee was of poor quality. Nonetheless, the croissants were very good. Bar was reasonably priced. I had a pleasant meal in the Turkish restaurant in the Holiday Inn opposite the Ibis. "

"The staff at the hotel from the staff on the welcome desk to those in the kitchen to the cleaners, all were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. As a result the room was spotlessly clean and breakfast lovely. The only thing that let the hotel down was the fact that it needed refurbishment, such as lots of tiles cracked in the bathroom, and threadbare duvet cover. It just looked generally uncared for despite being so clean. "
