Its location is ideal, being 5 minutes from the station and shopping street, and within 10 minutes walk of 2 temples. The design of the hotel is very soothing—an inner atrium, a comfortable lobby, floral and glass art designs on each floor, and all in warm tints of light browns and creams. We had a basic room and it was well laid out, with very good attention to the details that make for a pleasant stay....

"It's located a little up the hill, which provides a nice view. But not much dining option unless you walk down the hill to the main street. Very nice room and staffs are helpful and friendly."

"The staff was so lovely and polite and very accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. They provide plenty of shuttles to get around to the bus and train stations. Also very accommodating for food. The onsen and amenities were lovely. Toyoma handled our check in and was so wonderful. Our dinner server was Bishnu and he was also so so helpful and kind"
