"A great, affordable hotel right by Gora station - perfect location for exploring Hakone. We opted for a private room which was lovely and comfortable. The onsen facilities are only open to guests and while small are very pleasant, and the number of people is limited at any one time. Even the snacks and drinks in the minibar were very reasonably priced and locally sourced. Thoroughly recommended!"

"This place is esentially a capsule hotel with a common era and a public bath + onsen. "Be sure to have the address with you and not just a map - can be hard to find but look for the black lantern. Beautiful design but if you're mobility challenged you should request the one room on the first floor - the stairs are super narrow. Walkable to the beach and to the transit line also. "
