"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. "Had a very good vacation for many days here. Anytime I had questions, they would respond kindly. I was very grateful for having control of my room temperature. I was able to stay cool during hot summer days. My only warning for future customers is to bring earplugs if noisey nights are an issue.
