We made a request for complimentary service as we stayed for our anniversary and we had the best treat ao a bottle of Wine and extended check out time for free. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. Extras like parking and drinks in the bar are expensive, though."
