"I can’t fault the staff and service at all. The room however was slightly lacking. There is only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom. This proved a major problem when I was drying my hair as I could not see what I was doing as the plug socket is in bedroom and does not reach far enough to be able to see. A full length mirror would also be helpful. Maybe on the inside of the wardrobe due to space. Hand soap was not provided either so when washing our hands we had to go into...

"We received a lovely warm welcome. The rooms very clean and well decorated. There were toiletries, teas, coffees and water for our use. Best of all it gave us easy access to the city centre, we felt like we were in the midst fiddle of everything."
