"The Western was a wonderful experience. Great location and terrific staff. The concierge staff was helpful, efficient, and professional. The restaurant was some of the best food we had for the entire trip and the staff was friendly and organized. The bar staff was lovely and we enjoyed the live music. And the parking was easy- the valet staff was friendly and qualified. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends."

"The room was dirty and the shower & sink were not cleaned before I used them. - I wish I had taken pictures. Air conditioning was very noisy so couldn’t sleep with it on . The room was cold in the morning and the heating did not work. The gym is tiny and needs upgrading and expanding. I ordered a beer at the bar and was told they didn’t have a keg available. The breakfast is very crowded and only 2 coffee machine which are painfully slow and constantly need to be fixed by the staff. Please go back to making pots of coffee for your guests. "
