"Hotel and staff were great but beds not that comfortable. Our group had a total of 5 rooms and while the weather was cool for summer some of the group advised there were no fans in their rooms and no air conditioning. Otherwise hotel is nice. "

"Lovely hotel, super easy and quick to get the bus into Galway town centre. Lots of free parking. Incredible gym, 25 m pool (30 degrees so too warm for me) steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Only downs were I struggled with the water temperature on the shower and didn’t love the coffee with breakfast. "

"The booking number from Expedia didn’t work. We had to call locally and were given booking numbers not anything like we’d received from Expedia. Check in is at a kiosk requiring the booking number or full name on Expedia, the name didn’t work either. The rooms were great, just a little warm."

"Room was nice and big, plenty of food options nearby. Only downside was the parking. It was not easy to find ( I honestly wasn't sure the open area under the hotel was even for cars) and was full once we did find their parking. We ended up on the street nearby which worked out fine. "

"Great stay with reception staff going the extra mile to ensure our stay was organised. Recommend the pub downstairs for food and music but get in early or you will miss out. The room can get a bit hot but use the fans supplied, they do a great job! Overall the Residence had everything we were wanting from our stay which was fun and ease."
