Stayed here for a short stay. Beautiful room felt newly renovated. Also had late night room service which was a plus. Extremely close to Quay Street. Parking was cheap enough and convenient. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay in Galway

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast had a good selection and the bar was great fun at night. The location was perfect- a short walk to everything but a little off the beaten path so not too noisy at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience!

We liked the proximity to the city center, easy walking. Breakfast options were very good (and healthy). Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was tight (limited number of spaces and very hard to get into a space). We couldn't make outgoing local calls from the room, and the tea kettle in the room had to be replaced. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would stay here again.

We were in Ireland for ten days, driving from town to town. We stayed at about four different hotels and Harbour Hotel was my favorite. It was within walking distance of the town center with lots of shopping. The rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It also has convenient parking for e10. We added the breakfast. The food was good, but they ran out of a lot of items and seemed to be a bit understaffed. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
