"Hotel with somewhat quirky (good) style and ambience. Good vibe as you walk in, which continues throughout the hotel. Very friendly helpfull staff. My only negative observation is the fairly dark corridors. Overall, a great hotel. "

"I stayed at Leonardo’s for quite a long duration due to sitting my final medical school exams. It was a stressful few days and I was able to have a stress free experience here! Its travel proximity to University of Bristol meant I could walk to campus each day. The staff were so kind also, I was feeling quite ill one day and couldn’t go down to breakfast, spoke to reception and they weee able to send Jay, one of the waiters, to my room to give me breakfast. I’d like to give a special shout out...

"Got a couple of emails about online check in, did it after a couple of prompts, got to the hotel and the self check in kiosks were not working. The hotel was lovely but if it didn't work they really should just disable those automatic emails. "

"I stayed for 1 night at the village hotel. Check-in, although being ’self-service’ was easy with a member of staff on hand if needed. The room was clean and quiet and everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel and will be using it again next time I visit Bristol. "

"Great spa and pool facilities with a clean room. I opted for dinner which includes a buffet. I felt the options could of been better as there was only one chicken dish and barely any hot vegetarian mains. The desserts were very good though."
