We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. "Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late."
