"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Grand Nikko during our Tokyo Disney trip! The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of a trip. Best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had with plenty of options. It fuelled us for the long park days. The location of the Nikko was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Only note we have is that the bathrooms could really use an update. We would definitely stay here again though! Would recommend. "

"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. "This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus...

"Stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip. Property was modern and clean, located in a quiet spot. There's not a lot around however was close to the Asakusa station and is a short walk to the temple area. The room and bathroom was spacious and well laid out. There's two coin laundry machine but no laundry channel so getting the timing right for an available machine was tricky. In terms of location it's not as convenient for getting around Tokyo, however was good for getting to Narita...
