"Entering it and the bar area are lovely. The rooms are very dated and small compared to other hotels in the area. Bed I thought was very hard and pillows far too soft! Also, you can't use contactless payment for the pre-authorisation and as I had no physical card on me, they sent a link for a a pre-auth of £250. If you have a physical card, it's £50. Very dated way of doing things."

"Staff were so friendly and accommodating here in both reception and the restaurant. The room was generously sized and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel before our theatre trip which was excellent. Great views of the Millennium Bridge. Only negative comments - there was no conditioner in the bathroom. For somewhere which is offering free menstrual kits (bravo - this touch is amazing!) it would have been nice to have hair conditioner too. Also the check in process did seem to take quite a...
