Room was spot on too had a great sleep. The young lad on breakfast service is a credit to the hotel, didnt get his name unfortunately but everyone in our party agreed he deserves recognition for what a great job he does. "

"Overall my five nights stay in this hotel was great and will be back since my family lives there. Location is excellent. Front desk staff needed to be more patient. I have prepaid all my nights in the hotel with a third party. The lady in the front insisted that it was not prepaid, charged my husband's credit card. When I went downstairs to clarify with my bank statement and my paid invoices she still insisted that I was wrong. A gentleman called Philip came and within 5 seconds he said I have already paid through a third party. Philip acted very professionally and he apologized for her errors."
