"It was very good, but as it was cold, it took a long time for the heater to heat up the room. There was no toothpaste provided or any brushes. The place was was nice and clean and cozy. Staff were helpful "

"Check in was simple for our 2 night stay. Both days they seemed to struggle with breakfast keeping simple things like cutlery and cups available. Food was decent. 2nd night both keycards stopped working and reception was deserted, had to shout for someone to come. We werent the only ones with this issue. 2nd Morning Breakfast was v limited due to an oven breakdown. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Typical Holiday inn express with all the basic amenities. cost £98 per night with £9 for parking outside the front door. We were booked striaght in without a wait and allocated a top floor room at the back as we requested. Hotel seems well used and is a little tired. The bed was comfortable but the Aircon did not seem to work and the window had a broken catch which let in some cold air and the roadnoise, Breakfast was average. Handy for North London venues."

"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

"Short stay for 3 nights in apartment. The staff greeted us and were very welcoming. There was a shock though having to pre authorise £300 on card. I should have read the small print but did seem excessive. The apartment is spacious and perfect for what we needed. The stairs are a killer though especially with luggage etc. All the basics are there cutlery crockery etc. There are no drinks provided tea coffee etc unlike in main hotel.
