"We stayed here for ABBA Voyage for my mums birthday, so a group of 5 of us. What strikes you immediately is how helpful and caring the staff are, nothing is too much trouble and they somehow always seem calm even though I'm sure theh aren't! I had asked for all rooms to be on the same floor but when we arrived they weren't, they did try their best to change that but we had to stay as we were. We also loved that the staff make the pizzas in house (which are amazing by the way). There is a lovely outside seating area too. Our only small gripe was how warm the rooms were and you have to ask for that to be changed, and you can't open the windows. We were only there one night so we just managed and it was unusually warm for the time if year. In general this place was great, excellent staff and location for what we needed. "
