"The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. Upon arrival, they helped us park our car and unload our luggage and brought to our room. They took our shoes and stored with them upon arrival. "Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

"The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus. "
