"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"Was a special treat for my two grandsons one if whom was 5 years old today...we had a lovely overnight and the boys were drlighted to be able to view the pitch from their room....i do think charging £10 to park the car overnight was a bit much considering the cost of 2 rooms"

"Lovely hotel. We had a room upgrade as it was a birthday which was great. Customer service when we arrived on reception was not great. There was no enthusiasm to see us or smiles from the man. I think he was new as unsure in himself. But even so he could be more welcoming "

"Located on main street. Paid parking is located a short walk away. Get your key from a key box outside and make your way inside. Room was well looked after, with kettle and Nespresso machine. All very modern. Heating by radiator, but couldn't turn off (instructions on the wall). Enjoyable 1 night stay.."
