"Pools were small"

"Great food. Lots of options. We didn't even try every restaurant during our 9 day stay. Rooms were clean, with daily cleaning at around 11 and turn down service at night. Beach is amazing. With plenty of shade/full sun options. Thou if you want the best seats you do need to get up early ( 6-7am ish). Water sports were our favorite. All included in your stay. Only downside is the smoking, even thou it's not allowed, with dedicated areas provided, you see people smoke everywhere. Really not a...

Everyday we had to call and ask for towels and wash clothes as they either did not leave any or they left small towels (like the ones you put on the floor by the shower).
