"Located on Chestnut Street, with buses to the historic area, and only a few blocks from Suburban Station and a rail line to the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants to satisfy any taste, though I often found myself at Reading Terminal Market. The hotel is only a few blocks north of Rittenhouse Square, an urban oasis of trees, flowers, and benches. One nice feature: a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, and fountains on each floor to re-fill water bottles. The staff was professional and helpful. I don’t get to return to my hometown as often as I’d like, but will definitely be staying here again."

"Sam WAS AMAZING!!!! I am only coming back to Windsor because of her. She made our stay enjoyable and fun! My husband and I said we will make this our monthly 'staycation' because of her hospitality. I appreciated anyone and everyone we came in contact with, from the parking garage to the front desk and room service. This is by far my favorite experience in Philadelphia.
