"From the time my friend and I got out of the car till the day we left, we were treated like Queens! They helped when we got out of our ride, concierge spoke kindly when we walked in and front desk was super kind. The room was clean and actually went over and beyond when we asked for a few extra items. If you choose this property, you would not be disappointed!"

"The CitizenM hotel in downtown LA is an excellent find, the rooms whilst not large are comfortably laid out with big, comfortable beds, excellent amenities and great room tech. The breakfast is decent and the bar, restaurant area is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful and overall the experience was great. It is important to note that the hotel is not in a great part of town. I’d advice against walking alone at night although the hotel does have security on the door and you can only enter in the evening with your room keycard. "
