"Everything was wonderful! We were offered bottled water upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. We selected to have breakfast included and I’m happy we did. Healthy locally sourced foods where possible. The hotel serves my favourite Italian coffee/espresso which was a bonus. Robes available in the lighted wardrobe are a nice touch. "

"I marked the facility as 4 because the bathroom water did not get very hot, Luke warm. It was -20 outside so that may of been a factor "

"Absolutely wonderful old building that has been updated and renovated. Rooms are cozy and have an apartment feel with a full kitchen. Very clean and modern. Super clean! The location is perfect for us attending a game at the Sleeman Centre. Parking is literally next door. Rate for our room was below most hotels in the surrounding area so really can’t beat it. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Guelph."

"The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "
