"Hotel was excellent! My wife came up for business, but this was an great last second accommodation that we found available for the one day we needed. We will make this our new spot for when we travel up for the same business meetings. The one negative was the restaurant in the lobby, breakfast was non-existent because of a lack of people to work. I waited a while for a table in a nearly empty restaurant only to give up when it was obvious the one table of customers was too much."

"I loved mostly everything, but, I feel fair-warning should be given about the surrounding areas, parking-wise, and walking safety. Once you're in the Westin, security and safety is guaranteed. But I recommend researching and planning your visit in advance to avoid scary, and shocking encounters. Location-wise, the Westin is close to alot of the city's main attractions. "Staff was excellent. I was there for 2025 CFP and, of course, they were tasked to the limit. Every interaction I had was very personable and accommodating. They seem to go out of their way to help me and me feel I was their number one priority. Location was great. I will definitely stay there again when I come in for an event."
