"We had an amazing stay at Lagarta Lodge.It is really a five star boutique hotel. The location is perfect next to a wildlife preserve and the views are gorgeous of the ocean and the preserve. Everyone on staff is so friendly and very attentive. They are what makes it a great hotel. The room and terrace were quite large and had a beautiful view. There are two lovely Infiniti pools and the main restaurant and rooftop sunset bar and restaurant were open air with great servers. We also visited the spa for a deep tissue couples massage and it was one of the best ever. We will definitely visit again!!"

They have a number of restaurants to choose from last night. We had a barbecue on the beach, which was excellent. You can get a golf cart to go to a restaurant that’s nearby so you don’t need to have a car for that. It’s about 45 minutes from the big city beach. I would definitely come again. "
