"The stay here was good.. but not great. My husband and I stayed for a night.. but throughout the whole day of coming and going from our room, the elevator never stopped on our floor and we would wait for it for a while that eventually we resorted to taking the stairs all the way down. When we used valet later that night, one lady had to go get her own car because it had been about 20 minutes and it took about 15 minutes or so for someone to even come out and get our car. My only issues were with the room itself: found a few strands of hair in bed, a/c was ridiculously loud, & shower didn’t get that hot (definitely not as hot as sink faucet).
