"This hotel was really good value for money. The room was spacious even with three of us in it, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room could do with hooks to hang coats, rather than having to use the wardrobe. "

Disappointed that it wasn’t the greatest dog friendly hotel ever. Dogs not allowed at breakfast, and nothing specific provided (like a bed or bowls etc.) That said, I would stay again for th3 location in Malvern, which is such a beautiful place "

"Met some friends in Cheltenham, decided for an improv stay over as it was going to be a late one. Booked online and 10 minutes got the key for the room. This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! The rooms are always well maintained and nicely decorated."
