"This is an excellent hotel, situated in an ideal position in Betwys y Coed. The staff were lovely, especially Jude who took care of us for the week we were there. The rooms were good, clean & comfortable, good bed. The food was ok - typical breakfast fare and a decent restaurant without being spectacular. Overall an excellent stay. "My friend and I stayed in one of the family rooms which gave us extra space and our own bedroom. It was spotlessly clean, very reasonably priced and with car parking and breakfast included, excellent value for money. The staff were lovely and helpful and despite being very busy took time to welcome us on arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it's well placed for the Theatre and all the attractions Llandudno has to offer. The only thing I would mention to anyone with mobility...
