"The rooms were large, with both a shower and a bath tub. There were both electric outlets and USB battery-charging outlets in all rooms. There was an electric tea kettle and tea with biscuits available, and a large screen plasma television set. Multiple storage spaces. An ironing board and iron. When I had a problem with a clogged bath drain, a non-working phone, and water on the bathroom floor, they were resolved in minutes. The staff was courteous, available, and efficient, even at 2:00...

The only downside was the location for us but it wasn’t a problem at all if you called a taxi/Freenow. They were there within a few minutes of being called. "

Able to leave your luggage there while you explore, as our flight home wasn’t til the evening so it was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were very ideas. Tram is literally outside the hotel so easy access to get into the city and Ubers can park right outside so you don’t need to walk far to meet them. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
