"I was impressed by the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. We stayed a night for a staycation as we wanted to give the kids somewhere to swim all day while my husband and I could soak in the hot tub/sauna and sneak out to the restaurant and bar for a nice meal. "Front desk staff were always very pleasant and fantastic bith at check in and check out. Breakfast was terrible. The woman running the breakfast area on Dec 30 was miserable and rude. This area needs improvement big time. Was a pretty miserable start to our day, and will likely be the reason to stay accross the street next time. The pool was so cold that you could not swim in it.
