"We had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The weekend breakfast buffet used disposable plates, cutlery, and cups, which was a bit disappointing. However, the weekday buffet offered a wider selection of food and used real dishes and cutlery, which was much appreciated."

"The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked...
