"We were provided room 507. Facing the street and right in from of the Kixby sign that was lite all night. The light reflexed into our room and it was like day time in our room at nite. At 3 or 4 in the morning, trucks with loud bangs and men talking loudly while working on the street. The windows do not appear to be sound proof. You can hear everything. "While I know Times Square isn't the "coolest" location, as someone who visits NYC often, if you want a hotel room that actually gives you amenities and space, this is the location to stay in. This Hyatt was incredible. The room was a great size, the staff was so helpful and kind, we always felt safe (two girls on a girls trip), and it's still very walkable to a lot of the sights.
