"What an incredible experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful with clean and spacious rooms. The mattress was very comfortable for our liking and I would recommend to anyone traveling to Galway to stay here! Many bars/shops within a 5 minute walking distance. In our opinion the perfect place to stay! If there was one negative it would be the parking. The parking area is about 500 meters away (per the receptionist). When checking in just pull up in front of the hotel to get checked in....

"Family room is spacious. Have chairs for all 4 of us. Beds are nice. Only con: both drains in the bath tub and the wash basin are kind of plugged up. Water drains very slowly. Suggestions: a small fridge and microwave in the family room would be nice. Due to the time differences between North American & here, we get hungry at late nights. A hot snack would be so great!"

"The hotel was good. Its located in an excellent area, close to countless pubs, restaurants and retail outlets. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Galway. It was also a very short walk to and from the bus station that brought us to and from Dublin. Our room was nice. There was no remote for the TV in the room but a quick call to the front desk and someone came up quickly with a remote. The walls are quite thin, so if you have someone beside you, youll hear...
