"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

"Clean, spacious, and a short walk into all the best Galway has to offer. Mgmt was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which is always appreciated. Review would be higher if the check-in instructions had been clearer (written instructions are always preferred to unclear YouTube videos), mattresses had been more comfortable, and the wifi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher hadn't all been out of order. Mgmt was responsive about wifi issues but unable to resolve before our stay ended."

"The location was excellent, but room #1 was extremely noisy due to street traffic, pubs in the alley, people in the alley way and hallway. We waited outside in the freezing rain for 20 mins to enter the building. After emailing the property the day prior to arrival and 4 unanswered phone upon arrival, we were finally given the correct code to enter for the key box. The room was very clean and the shower was hot. "
