"Great service, Lovely staff. Rooms were clean bed was comfy, just the headboard of the bed was a bit dirty, the leather of the headboard was starting to peel but nothing major. Excellent food could have been a bit hotter. No problem at all with a late check out when asked the morning before. Excellent location. Very happy couple :)"

They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically. "Gort wouldn't be an obvious choice of location, but we stayed for nollaig na mban ( aka little Christmas) and were pleasantly surprised. The area is rich in culture and literary hustory. Fans of WB Yeats and the abbey theatre are in for a treat. Also, the natural landscape and geology are unique, being right beside the burren. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has an excellent bar and food ootion. Staff are polite and wrlcoming. Would definitely recommend it. "

"Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours...
