"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. Staff in all departments were so friendly and professional. The only thing that would stop me going back to this hotel is the noise from the adjoining rooms. "Friendly staff & ideal location. The room was ridiculously hot, but I managed to turn down the valve on the radiator to help the room cool down. Also the brew facility options weren’t great with PG tips & Nescafé."

"Good clean, modern hotel in Salford Quays within walking of The Lowry Theatre. Tram stop close by, 10 minutes to Manchester. 2 night stay. First morning breakfast I informed Donna about my nut allergy and received excellent personal service. The second morning there were different staff and I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my breakfast and the bowl of fruit and cooked breakfast turned up at the same time. Overall though the service from all staff was very good"
