"After arriving from Greece minus our luggage the young lady on reception was extremely helpful sorting dental packs for us and making sure we had everything we needed, staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice along with any other staff we encountered. Lovely clean spacious room with everything you could need. We did think the bar closed quite early( 23:00)."

"The hotel was undergoing a full renovation when we visited in June 2024. The staff were great - a small problem with our room (allocated a double not a twin) was sorted within minutes, and a new key brought to us without having to go back downstairs to reception. The rooms had already been renovated and were fab. They were comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious, with huge windows and tones of natural light. The communal areas however were a funny mix of nicely done and new, with grubby...

"Really friendly staff at this hotel near Deansgate, clean, comfortable room with first class shower. You need a degree in electrical engineering to figure out the room lighting! but once sorted is darkish but OK. Only quibbles are, one bath towel for both of us and breakfast would cost £21 each so we went next door to 'Spoons' which cost £7!"

"Great location , short walk to 2 local pubs so no shortage of food and drink in the place or locally. Room nice and clean , service good , it was a last minute booking as our car had broken down and was put in a local garage, so couldn’t get home , so didn’t get chance to use the facilities as we had no extra clothes etc , but would come back and stay again hopefully under better circumstances"
