"Room was not good, we had no ac the whole time, called maintenance multiple times and they tried telling us it works fine. I own my own hvac company and they were lying to me. When calling for 21° and it doesn’t go down below 24.5° it does not work. He said turn fan on and that would help. Multiple calls made for this and no one cared or fixed it or changed rooms for us. Very disappointing, every night we could not sleep, the room are also very small and cramped for family of 4 "

"We come here every year because we love this resort and Mismaloya. Staff is excellent as always, and we see many of the same friendly faces every year. The building is starting to show more wear and tear than usual. It might be due to the fact that it was previously used to film a popular TV show and maybe now that show’s over, so the building upkeep budget has diminished. "We liked that it was close to downtown Puerta Vallarta. The size of the property was perfect. Entertainment during the day and evening were great as was the food and service. Everybody was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was that the multiple weddings took away space for the paying guests to enjoy the sun tanning beds."
