"The staff were all pleasant. I was on a solo trip so I enjoy solo activities but it was also great to meet other folks from around the world to connect with, grab a drink or bite. The location was great as it was just a block from the beach. The only thing I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. "

"An excellent location on Lazo Cardenas. Even though is is on the edge of the area with all of the clubs the noise from music 🎶 is not too bad. It is about the same as hearing a neighbour's stereo. The wall between the hotel and club next door is solid concrete and eliminates much of the sound of music. "The setting was beautiful, with multiple pools with adequate loungers most of the time. An additional plus was that many of the pools were kid friendly. The staff at the restaurant in the facility were gracious and food and drinks excellent. The room itself had seen better days, and the cleaning/supplying of towels, and shampoo was inconsistent during our stay."

"This is an excellent location. Wonderfully close to the Malecón and the Zona Romántica. The rooms are a little dated but always kept clean. We loved being able to cook and reheat food. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We would happily stay here again. Downside: bed is extremely firm! If you like sleeping on rock then you will be comfortable. We brought inflatable sleeping pads and that helped a lot. "

"Staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. Our casita was very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, only lacking a micro wave oven. Pool was great and accessible, plus chairs and loungers. For people with mobility issues the property has a lot of open air stairs but within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We would love to return."
