"Really lovely hotel and had a great stay as located brilliant for friends in Bovey Tracy. Only two small disappointing things from the stay. When there is an event on (party in my case) the car park gets full as parking isn’t marked out so cars park with large spaces between them. I struggled when I arrived back at 9pm. The second issue was the heating I couldn’t switch it off in my room and it was like a sauna even with the window open. I noticed quite a few windows were open in rooms so...

Lounge area, restaurant, spa area etc was all spotless and modern. Plenty of parking. Food was excellent, fantastic breakfast with great selection, however, the evening meal was very pricey for myself and the menu was limited, it was confusing as to what price the meals were as some had supplements on top and if you were not there on a package deal break the menu...

"It was in a lovley village and the room was okay with all you needed for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly i just wished it was a full free cooked breakfast rather than just a free continental breakfast . For the price of the room i think it was a bit expensive. But overall a lovley place. "
