"All excellent except when validating parking on arrival the machine is under cover before the hotel entrance however this area correctly is signed no smoking but people were smoking. I asked them to move which they did eventually but it is disgusting trying to input details whilst being poisoned but cigarette smoke. Shame staff cannot use CCTV to enforce this"

"A a pre-christmas treat to myself! Used the spa (excellent!) Room was exactly what i needed - comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and everywhere spotlessly clean! All food was delicious from the lounge to the breakfast. A very special time just for me, to relax in beautiful surroundings 🙏"
