"It was a great base for a couple of days in London for the theatre. Comfy beds, good pillows, nice shower and a good choice, hot and replenished often at breakfast. There was a bit of a queue to get in to breakfast in the morning but nothing too dramatic. The only thing I would say is we only got 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 of us which I thought was a bit odd, I’m sure it would not have been too much trouble if we requested another but we managed with 3 ok.. just maybe...

Nowhere online does it say kids can’t swim after 6pm so that wasn’t good. Rooftop bar also only open thu-Saturday so didnt get to do that also. There’s a service charge added to all drinks in the bar, even just hot chocolate. Small bathroom but 2 king beds was good. Used robes for swimming but they weren’t...
